New Convener of the Hero Fund 2021
Dr Colin Firth became the new Hero Fund Convener in April. Colin has been a Trustee since 2017 and been on the Hero Fund subcommittee for the past 3 years. He was a GP in Rosyth, near Dunfermline for 32 years retiring in 2016.
The Hero Fund Subcommittee meets every two months and comprises of five Trustees, Gillian Taylor CEO, and Liane Horder Hero Fund Manager. They consider all matters regarding the Hero Fund and put their recommendations to the Board for approval.
