COVID-19 2021

When the pandemic hit in early 2020 no one could have predicted the impact it would have on all our everyday lives. Lockdowns, social distancing, self-isolating, shielding, testing and wearing face masks became the order of the day. As the majority started working from home there were many who could not due to the nature of their job.

Thanks must go to everyone who had no option but to leave their homes to go to work to support the rest of us. Medical staff, carers, shop workers, teachers, public transport workers the list is endless. Sadly, some of these essential workers lost their lives. To honour these brave people the Trust dedicated a page to them in the Roll of Honour.
